General Introduction

Working Principle

Proper use

1. 2. The laboratory crusher and power unit should be firmly installed. If a long-term fixed operation of the crusher, shall be fixed on a cement foundation; if the crusher is a mobile operation, the set should be installed in the seat made of angle iron, and to guarantee that both the power machine (diesel engine or electric motor) and the pulley slot of the crusher in the same rotational plane.

4. Workers should always pay attention to the operation of the laboratory crusher when the machine is working, the material should be fed evenly to prevent blockage and bogging, do not work overload for a long time. If there is vibration, noise, bearing and body temperature is too high, outward spraying material and other phenomena, the machine should be immediately shut down to check, troubleshooting before continuing to work.
5. Do not randomly replace the pulley, in order to prevent the speed is too high to cause an explosion in the crushing chamber, or the speed is too low to impact the efficiency of the crusher.
6. After the crusher start should first idle 2-3 minutes, there is no abnormal phenomenon before feeding work.
